TNT Sports Finds New UK Streaming Platform on HBO Max

TNT Sports has made a significant transition in the UK by moving its streaming platform from discovery+ to HBO Max. This change marks the last rollout of HBO Max in Europe, making the UK the final country to gain access. Subscribers can look forward to an extensive range of sports content.

TNT Sports Programming on HBO Max

The move to HBO Max provides TNT Sports with a broader audience. Currently, the channel’s offerings include:

  • Premier League Football
  • Champions League Matches
  • FA Cup Football
  • Premiership Rugby
  • The Olympics
  • French and Australian Open Tennis
  • Comprehensive Cycling Coverage, including the Tour de France

Subscription Details

TNT Sports subscribers can now access HBO Max using their existing login credentials. The subscription remains at £30.99 per month. Additionally, viewers have the option to select different HBO Max plans to access additional entertainment content.

This entertainment content features HBO classics such as Succession and The Sopranos, along with new releases like The Pitt, and cinematic offerings from Warner Bros. Pictures and DC Studios.

Importantly, TNT Sports will be accessible either as a standalone service or as an add-on to HBO Max’s entertainment plans. This means subscribers can choose to pay for only sports or stick to TV and films without additional costs.

Accessing the Service

The HBO Max service, which includes TNT Sports, will be available through Sky and Prime Video in the UK, further enhancing accessibility for viewers.

Upcoming Sports Event

The first major match airing on TNT Sports after the switch to HBO Max will be the FA Cup quarter-final between Manchester City and Liverpool. This event is scheduled for 12:15 PM BST on Saturday, April 4.
