In a challenging match on Tuesday, Punjab Kings faced Gujarat Titans in New Chandigarh. The game witnessed an unusual performance from Arshdeep Singh, whose bowled over turned into an 11-ball affair, marking it as one of the longest overs in Indian Premier League (IPL) history.

During his last over, Arshdeep Singh’s struggles were evident. He delivered four wides along with a no-ball, conceding 12 runs and finishing with bowling figures of 0 for 42 in four overs. This performance places him among other bowlers, such as Hardik Pandya and Shardul Thakur, who have also bowled 11-ball overs in the IPL.

Despite Arshdeep’s off day, the Punjab Kings successfully restricted the Gujarat Titans to 162 runs for six wickets in 20 overs. Vijaykumar Vyshak was a standout performer, claiming three wickets for 34 runs, while Yuzvendra Chahal contributed significantly with two wickets for 28 runs. Chahal’s efforts were crucial in controlling the scoring during the middle overs.

The Gujarat Titans started solidly, reaching 35 runs within the first three overs.
