  • This accumulated to a theoretical total of €264,000 over the two decades.

However, due to a five-year limitation period on claims, the siblings could only demand €66,000 from their sister. Upon the distribution of inheritance, each sibling will receive an equal share of this amount, totaling €22,000 each, while the youngest daughter will have her financial obligation adjusted accordingly.
