Véligo’s New Rental Bikes Boost Subscriptions in Île-de-France

In Île-de-France, Véligo Location is experiencing a significant increase in bike rental subscriptions this year. The introduction of a new range of bikes is drawing more interest from users. Since January 5, all residents of Île-de-France, including 130,000 existing subscribers from 2019, can access the new offers on the Véligo platform.
Details of Véligo’s Bike Rental Service
Véligo operates under a public service delegation granted by Île-de-France Mobilités to Cyclonova, which comprises the Transdev and La Poste groups. This partnership, in place until 2032, allows the service to thrive since its launch in September 2019.
Investment and Expansion Plans
The service is backed by an annual contract worth approximately €35 million. Plans are underway to expand the fleet significantly. The goal is to increase the number of bikes from 20,000 to 40,000 by 2032.

Creation of Bike Houses
