Meghan Markle Stuns at Balenciaga for Paris Fashion Week Debut

Paris Fashion Week is renowned for its stunning debuts and glittering moments. This year, it hosted a remarkable surprise: Meghan Markle’s debut at the prestigious event. The Duchess of Sussex traveled from her home in Montecito, California, to attend Pierpaolo Piccioli’s inaugural runway show as the creative director of Balenciaga.

Meghan Markle’s Elegant Appearance

As she left her hotel en route to the show, Markle displayed a refined sense of style. She wore a full Balenciaga ensemble that included a white cape and a silky white button-down shirt. Her look was completed with sleek black pointed pumps and her hair styled in a chic, slicked-back bun.

A Significant Occasion

This appearance marks a notable milestone for Markle, as it is her first time attending Paris Fashion Week. Previously, she had not attended fashion weeks in London or Milan but has participated in New York Fashion Week. Her front row debut occurred during the Hervé Léger spring 2014 show, where she was known for her love of jewel-toned wrap dresses.

  • Frequent NYFW attendee while starring in “Suits”.
  • Show highlights included Tory Burch and Misha Nonoo.

Since marrying Prince Harry and stepping back from royal duties in 2020, Markle shifted her focus to philanthropic endeavors, reducing her presence at fashion events.

Connections and Collaborations

At the Balenciaga show, Markle mingled with notable figures such as Anne Hathaway and Lauren Sánchez Bezos, all eager to witness Piccioli’s spring 2026 collection. Additionally, Markle has been busy expanding her lifestyle brand, As Ever. Her latest launch includes a new Sauvignon Blanc, alongside the return of her popular apricot spread and orange marmalade.

Through her Instagram Stories, Markle shared her excitement, stating, “The girls are back in town, and they brought a friend.”
