This transitional phase will last until June 30, 2026. The current Board of Directors, led by Rafael Yuste, will maintain full governing responsibilities during this time.

Responsibilities and Power Structure
Throughout this period, the current Board remains the sole body with institutional representation. They alone can engage with external entities and make binding decisions for the club.
Meetings of the Board will exclusively involve current members. However, they may consult elected Board members on specific issues without binding authority.
Participation of Elected Board Members
Elected Board members will be allowed to attend club events as guests. Their participation is contingent upon guidelines from the Protocol Department. They are not authorized to represent FC Barcelona without current Board members present.
Communication Guidelines
Any public communications about FC Barcelona should be routed through official channels. This ensures that the club’s messaging is properly coordinated by the Communication Department.
Enhanced Roles During Transition
To bolster institutional actions, Josep Cubells will take on a strengthened role, collaborating closely with President Yuste. The responsibilities for various club sections have also been designated:
