  • N. Diop: Student residing in Cité Senghor.
  • A. Diallo: 24-year-old Arabist student.
  • H. Massaly: 31-year-old merchant.
  • D. Mbaye: 29-year-old intermediary connecting health services to individuals living with HIV.

These suspects have been taken into custody by the Brigade de recherches (BR) from Thiès, part of the local gendarmerie division. Following their arrest, they were transferred to Dakar for further investigation under the supervision of the Keur Massar unit.
