- Wednesday: Ponce will make his debut in a Blue Jays uniform. He signed a three-year, $30 million contract during the off-season.
- Thursday: Gausman will take the mound at 1 p.m. ET against the Marlins. This marks his return after a strong playoff performance.
- Friday: Lauer will start at 1 p.m. ET.
- Saturday: Berríos will follow on the mound, with Dylan Cease expected to pitch at 1 p.m. ET.
- Monday: Berríos will face the New York Mets.
