The Wells Comedy Festival is gearing up for its 10th anniversary, scheduled for May 22–24, 2026. The event will feature a diverse line-up of well-known comedians, promising an exciting weekend for comedy enthusiasts.

Toussaint Douglass will present his acclaimed show, “Accessible Pigeon Material,” following a Best Newcomer nomination at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards. The full schedule includes over 30 performances at various venues throughout the city.

- Friday and Saturday Night Galas showcasing both festival favorites and debut performances.
- A special 10th Anniversary Gala on Sunday, May 24, aimed at raising funds for local charities, including Vision Action and Wells Foodstore.
All gala events at Cedars Hall will be BSL interpreted to ensure accessibility for all attendees.
