WI Coach Praises Hetmyer; Italy Senate to Host National Coach Before T20 WC

In a recent press conference, Reifer expressed confidence in Hetmyer’s abilities, stating, “Hetmyer has improved his training habits and is now preparing well. He can bat at number three and still finish games effectively.”

On the other hand, Italy’s head coach John Davison discussed the importance of the T20 World Cup for his team. He expressed a desire to see more cricket played in Italy, while emphasizing the need for proper facilities. “The administrators need to ensure we have the infrastructure in place,” Davison stated. He also acknowledged the impressive spirit shown by the Italian team during their matches.

Italian team captain Wayne Madsen echoed Davison’s sentiments, highlighting their spirited performances, including a notable win against Nepal.
