This game against the Bucks is significant as it is the Thunder’s final match before the All-Star break. Williams initially suffered this hamstring injury during a game against the Miami Heat on January 17. He experienced discomfort after an awkward attempt to catch a pass, leading to his being sidelined for ten consecutive games.
Return to Play
After his recovery, Williams returned to the lineup on Monday, contributing significantly to a 119-110 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers, scoring 23 points. He showcased an exceptional performance again with 28 points on 11-for-12 shooting in a resounding 136-109 win against the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday.
