The situation has grown more dire, particularly following a record offensive from Moscow earlier this month, which witnessed the launch of over 800 drones and missiles—the highest figure since the onset of the full-scale invasion in February 2022. This surge has significantly challenged Ukraine’s interception capabilities, particularly during large-scale assaults when the likelihood of successfully intercepting threats diminishes.

During a recent attack, 31 out of hundreds of drones successfully struck their targets, predominantly hitting residential buildings and vital civilian facilities, including a cardiology center in Kyiv.
