David Bowie Releases Two Albums for Record Store Day 2026

Record Store Day 2026 promises exciting new releases for David Bowie fans. Parlophone will launch two unique albums on April 18, 2026. These releases celebrate Bowie’s iconic work and his collaboration with Brian Eno.

Two Special David Bowie Releases

The releases include:

  • HALLO SPACEBOY 12″ Neon Pink EP
  • EXCERPTS FROM OUTSIDE

HALLO SPACEBOY Neon Pink EP

The HALLO SPACEBOY Neon Pink EP features remixes of the track “Hallo Spaceboy.” This EP includes:

  • Two remixes by Pet Shop Boys.
  • Three remixes by Dave Ball of Soft Cell and Ingo Vauk.
  • A previously unreleased remix by Tim Simenon.

This single was originally launched on February 19, 1996, as part of the 1.OUTSIDE album. On the same day, Bowie performed at the Brit Awards after receiving the Outstanding Contribution to Music award.

EXCERPTS FROM OUTSIDE

The second release, EXCERPTS FROM OUTSIDE, is pressed on clear vinyl and cut at half-speed. This album utilizes the Brian Eno approved remasters from 2021. Originally released on September 25, 1995, it provided an abridged version of the 1.OUTSIDE album.
