Einarson will next face Kaitlyn Lawes in an exciting all-Manitoba clash on Saturday. Lawes claimed her spot in this match by defeating Team Christina Black of Nova Scotia 8-6 in the other Page 1-2 qualifier.
The match concluded dramatically, with Lawes executing a perfect shot to knock out Black’s stone in the 10th end, earning a deuce and sealing her victory.
Upcoming Matches and Tournament Structure
The winners of the Page 1-2 game will advance to the final scheduled for Sunday. Meanwhile, Taylour Stevens from Nova Scotia will go up against Black. In another matchup, Alberta’s Selena Sturmay will compete against Peterson in the Page 3-4 qualifiers. Both winners of these games will move on to the Page 3-4 game, while the losers will be eliminated from the tournament.
The outcome of Saturday’s Page 3-4 match will determine who advances to the semifinal and faces the loser of the Einarson-Lawes contest.

The victor of Sunday’s championship will earn the honor of representing Canada at the world women’s curling championship in March, taking place in Calgary.
