A 53-year-old man from Morgan City, Michael Noel, faces serious allegations involving multiple sex crimes. The Morgan City Police Department has revealed new charges against him, expanding his already extensive criminal record.

On Thursday, additional charges were announced. Noel now faces:
- Four counts of third-degree rape
- One count of sexual battery
- Eight counts of video voyeurism
This latest development follows the announcement of two more video voyeurism charges and another sexual battery charge earlier in the week. These charges relate to a different victim.
Criminal Background
Noel’s troubles began with his arrest on drug charges in September 2025. As investigators delved deeper into his background, they linked him to multiple sexual offenses. His prior charges from October included:
- Six counts of third-degree rape
- Ten counts of video voyeurism
- Four counts of voyeurism
- One count of second-degree rape
- Six counts of sexual battery
In addition to these sex crimes, he faces drug-related and fugitive charges.
