2026 Formula 1 Season Unveiling
The reveal showcased a vibrant design that emphasizes a “heritage white base.” This aesthetic choice aims to enhance the visual impact of Red Bull’s iconic sun and bull logo. This livery marks a nostalgic return to the gloss finish that first marked Red Bull’s entry into the Formula 1 arena back in 2005.
Power Unit Collaboration with Ford
At the event, Red Bull also celebrated its collaboration with Ford. This partnership will enable the development of Red Bull’s first-ever Formula 1 Power Unit, signaling a new era for the team.
Driver Lineup for 2026
- Max Verstappen: The four-time world champion will race under the number 3, previously used by Daniel Ricciardo.
- Isack Hadjar: Moving up from the sister team, Racing Bulls, Hadjar will race with the number 6.
Both drivers aim to reclaim the World Championship title, which Red Bull last secured in 2023. Last season, the team finished third in the Teams’ Championship, with Verstappen nearly clinching the drivers’ title at the last race in Abu Dhabi.
Leadership and Technical Team
Laurent Mekies, the new Team Principal who succeeded Christian Horner, will lead the team into the 2026 season. Pierre Wache will manage the technical team, focusing on maximizing the performance of the newly designed livery and engine.
As Red Bull Racing prepares for the upcoming season, fans can expect exciting dynamics both on and off the track, driven by innovation and a spirit of competition.
