The Out Of The Blue festival, curated by singer-songwriter Noah Kahan, took place last weekend at the Moon Palace Resort in Riviera Cancún. The festival runs annually every January and has grown popular for its unique approach to combating winter blues, particularly in Vermont where Kahan hails from.
