“Confluence Exhibition Opens with Engaging Artist Talks”

The highly anticipated “Confluence” exhibition is set to launch on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at the Museum of Art and Culture in Lake Macquarie. This touring exhibition features the works of renowned artists Anne Graham, Henry Lewis, Hilarie Mais, and the collective NOT. Developed by MAC yapang, the exhibit explores themes of connection through art.

Event Details

The exhibition opening promises an engaging experience, including artist talks and a welcoming address by Tony Bond, OAM. Attendees can participate in an afternoon of art and conversation while enjoying local food and drinks.

Schedule

  • 12:00 PM – MAC Bar opens, featuring local Ernest Hill wines and Modus craft beers.
  • 12:30 PM – Artist panel discussion begins with Tony Bond’s introduction.
  • 2:30 PM – MAC Bar closes.
  • 3:00 PM – Exhibition closes to the public.
