Turkish Airlines Shatters Records with 92.6 Million Passengers in 2025

Turkish Airlines achieved remarkable growth in 2025, serving a record-breaking 92.6 million passengers. This figure represents an 8.8% increase compared to the previous year, when 85.2 million passengers were recorded.

Future Plans and Investments

Looking ahead, Turkish Airlines aims to expand its fleet to 813 aircraft by 2033. To support this growth, the airline recently announced major infrastructure investments exceeding TL 100 billion (approximately $2.32 billion). This includes the establishment of eight new facilities primarily at Istanbul Airport.
