Onofre Reyes was driving a Hummer SUV when she attempted to overtake traffic. In doing so, she collided with another vehicle and subsequently veered into oncoming traffic. This reckless maneuver resulted in a collision with a northbound Infiniti SUV carrying a family, which included two children, ages 7 and 10.
