In addition to their musical endeavors, the pair volunteered at the local parkrun event. They also took the opportunity to try a new seaside sauna, which offered a unique wellness experience.

Refreshing Cold-Water Dip

As part of their wellness activities, they enjoyed getting “whisked” with eucalyptus branches. Jones expressed her exhilaration after taking a cold-water dip at Sandy Bay. “It just makes you feel really alive,” she remarked, emphasizing the refreshing experience.

Jones reflected on her time in Porthcawl, stating, “I haven’t had that feeling for over 40 years.” This journey has brought back cherished memories while allowing her to embrace new experiences.
