Born in Madrid, Reguilón began his journey with Real Madrid CF’s youth system, where he spent a decade. He was loaned to UD Logroñés during the 2015/16 season. After returning to Real Madrid, he made his first-team debut in October 2018, followed by his LaLiga debut a month later. He was also part of the squad that won the FIFA Club World Cup.
