Kelvin Fletcher and Wife Liz Share Big News with Their Kids

The Fletcher family recently shared exciting news about their new calf during an episode of ITV’s series, Fletchers’ Family Farm. Kelvin and Liz, together with their children—Marnie, Milo, Maximus, and Mateusz—debated what to name their latest addition on Sunday, December 14, 2025.
Choosing a Name for the New Calf
The arrival of a beautiful bull calf sparked a lively discussion among the children. Each child expressed their naming preferences, with names like:
- Milo and Mateusz: Wolf King
- Marnie: Oliver
- Maximus: Spin
- Liz: Barry
Kelvin explained that each new calf must be officially registered and that the Lincoln Red Cattle Society designates a letter for each year’s names. As it turns out, 2025 is designated as the year of the letter E.
This prompted Liz to suggest the name “Ezra.” Kelvin, however, humorously noted that the only name that resonated with him was “Emmerdale,” referring to his two-decade stint on the popular ITV soap.
Celebrating the Decision
The family later joyfully announced that the calf would officially be named Ezra. Marnie joyfully led a family sing-along of George Ezra’s hit song, “Green Green Grass,” to celebrate the decision.
Upcoming Project: Fletchers’ Country Workshop
In addition to the naming news, the Fletchers have exciting plans for a new show titled Fletchers’ Country Workshop. This announcement came from Daisybeck Studios, the team behind Fletchers’ Family Farm, via their official Instagram account.
The Instagram post shared a delightful photo of Liz, stating:
“Big news! We’re super excited to show you something new that’s coming next week.”
It highlighted the family’s passion for interiors and upcycling. The upcoming festive special will feature Liz and the family as they transform an old stable block into a beautiful Christmas party venue.
