Rain will begin in the early hours, impacting central areas, Jeolla province, and Jeju Island. By morning, the rain will expand to most parts of the country. The precipitation is expected to taper off during the day, but the eastern coast of Gangwon province and northeastern areas will likely see rain persist into the night.
