At 27, Earl’s journey with Saracens began at 14 when he joined the academy while attending Tonbridge School.

Earl made his senior debut at just 18 years old. He marked his entry into the Gallagher Premiership by scoring on his first league start against Exeter Chiefs. After a stint with the Bristol Bears in 2020, he returned to Saracens with renewed vigor and influence.
