The alert was issued late Wednesday afternoon by Weber Area Dispatch 911 Emergency Service. Jessika is thought to be with a man named Christopher Thomas Wiggins, aged 34.
Descriptions of the Individuals Involved
- Jessika Francisco: 13 years old, approximately 4 feet 6 inches tall, weighing about 90 pounds. She has blond or strawberry-colored hair and blue eyes. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing Dr. Pepper pajama pants, a white hoodie, and pink slippers.
- Christopher Thomas Wiggins: 34 years old, around 5 feet 6 inches tall, and weighs approximately 120 pounds.

Wiggins may be driving a white 2013 Hyundai Sonata. The vehicle has the license plate number A999FH.
