Colts Reveal 5 Inactive Players for Week 12 Against Chiefs

The Colts announced the list of inactive players ahead of their Week 12 matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs. The game will take place at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.

Inactive Players for Colts vs. Chiefs

For this Sunday’s game, the following five Colts players will not be participating:

  • RB D.J. Giddens
  • CB Johnathan Edwards
  • S Reuben Lowery III
  • T Luke Tenuta
  • TE Will Mallory

Healthy Roster Update

Despite these inactives, the Colts will field a healthy roster with no additional players ruled out due to injuries. Notably, defensive end Tyquan Lewis and cornerback Charvarius Ward Sr. have had their questionable statuses removed.

Lewis is returning from a groin injury and is set to play for the first time since Week 7. Ward will make his return after missing the last five games due to a concussion sustained before Week 6. Additionally, defensive end Samson Ebukam also returns from a knee injury and will be active for the first time since Week 7.

Quarterback Situation

Quarterback Daniel Jones is expected to start after being a full participant in Friday’s practice. He was previously listed as limited due to a fibula issue.

Injury Updates

On the injury front, defensive tackle DeForest Buckner remains on injured reserve. After being sidelined with a neck injury, Buckner has missed the last four games and can return in Week 15 against the Seattle Seahawks at Lumen Field.

Chiefs Inactive Player

The Chiefs have ruled out running back Isiah Pacheco due to a knee injury, adding to the challenges for Kansas City as they prepare for this week’s clash.
