A major UK supermarket chain, Aldi, has announced a nationwide closure for three days during the Christmas period in 2025. This decision aligns with the festive season, a time when many shoppers rely on supermarkets for their holiday essentials.

  • Boxing Day: Tesco Extra and Superstores open from 9am to 6pm; Express stores from 9am to 7pm.
  • New Year’s Day: Tesco stores will operate from 9am to 6pm.
