The LA Art Show will be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center, making it one of the most anticipated cultural milestones of the new year. Stallone, renowned for his roles in films like Rocky and Rambo, has been passionate about painting since his teenage years. This exhibition marks his first significant showcase in several years, offering audiences a new perspective on his artistic journey.

A Diverse Range of Artists

  • The LA Art Show will feature over 90 exhibitors, including established contemporary galleries and new global representatives.
  • Notable participants include:
    • Oliver Sears Gallery from Dublin, marking Ireland’s debut at the fair.
    • Pontone Gallery from London, showcasing the artwork of self-taught painter Chris Rivers.
    • LICHT FELD Gallery from Switzerland, presenting historical rediscoveries such as Karl A. Meyer’s woodcut prints, which have been unseen for more than 40 years.
    • Corridor Contemporary featuring Israeli artist Yigal Ozeri’s cinematic portraits.
    • Fifteen galleries representing South Korea.

Introducing the Latin American Pavilion

A key highlight of the 2026 LA Art Show is the debut of the Latin American pavilion. Curated by Marisa Caichiolo, this pavilion will explore themes of memory, migration, and identity. It aims to reshape the presentation and appreciation of Latin American art at major art fairs.

Caichiolo emphasized the pavilion’s significance amid ongoing immigration challenges faced by Latin American communities. “Providing a platform for these artists is especially important,” she stated.

The forthcoming LA Art Show is poised to be not only a premier art event but also a celebration of creative expression. With its focus on diversity and inclusion, it sets the stage for an exciting year in the art world.
