In a demanding quarter-final episode, judges John Torode and Grace Dent evaluated the talents of Uma, along with fellow competitors Katie McGlynn, Antony Costa, and Ginger Johnson. The four celebrities faced unique challenges, working in pairs rather than individually.

While other contestants shone, Uma’s efforts fell short. Her tuna tartar lacked seasoning, but the decisive blow came from her lamb kebab, which lacked a critical component—flatbread. Despite the dish’s perfect execution and presentation, the absence of this element led to her elimination.
