Cirque du Soleil Honors Jean Leloup in Trois-Rivières Tribute Show

Cirque du Soleil is set to celebrate the renowned artist Jean Leloup in a tribute show at the Cogeco Amphitheatre in Trois-Rivières. This production marks the 10th installment in their homage series and will take place from July 15 to August 15, 2026.
Production Team and Creative Direction
Marie-Ève Milot will direct the show, alongside musical director Jean-Phi Goncalves. This duo successfully reimagined the works of Daniel Bélanger in the previous summer, and they are back to honor Jean Leloup.
A Rich Musical Legacy
Jean Leloup’s vast discography includes 11 albums, providing a wealth of material for the upcoming tribute. His notable works range from “Menteur,” released in 1989, to his latest album, “L’étrange pays.”

The creative team faces the challenge of selecting 10 to 12 standout pieces from Leloup’s impressive catalog. Daniel Ross, the creative director, expressed the influence of Leloup’s work, describing it as a source of inspiration for the Cirque’s creative team.
