Khalid Jamil Unveils India’s 23-Man Squad for Asian Cup Qualifiers in Bangladesh

Indian senior men’s football team head coach Khalid Jamil has announced a 23-man squad for the upcoming AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027 Qualifiers. The team will compete in Group C against various opponents in Dhaka, Bangladesh, starting on November 18.

Details of the Squad Announcement

The Indian team, also known as the Blue Tigers, has been training in Bengaluru since November 6. They are set to travel to Bangladesh on the evening of November 15. Ryan Williams, a forward who recently received an Indian passport, is included in the squad. However, his participation in the matchday lineup will depend on obtaining a No Objection Certificate from Football Australia and the required approvals from FIFA and AFC.
