Zachery Ty Bryan, known for his role on “Home Improvement,” is facing serious legal repercussions following allegations of assault and threats against his girlfriend. The incidents reportedly occurred during the summer of 2025, culminating in a restraining order against him.

According to court documents, the allegations detail a troubling series of events. On July 3, Bryan allegedly punched his then-girlfriend in the head after she playfully bit him. This incident prompted her to contact law enforcement after feeling unsafe.

Following the physical altercation, the situation escalated. The victim described a verbal confrontation where Bryan allegedly threatened her life. He reportedly said, “Shut the f* up or I’m gonna shut you up.” During this incident, he also took their dog and locked himself in a room, damaging the door in the process.
