Nintendo has announced exciting details regarding the upcoming DLC for Pokémon Legends: Z-A, titled Mega Dimension. This new content is set to debut on December 10. The trailer showcases two new variants of Raichu, expanding the beloved Pikachu evolution line.
Release Date and Features of Mega Dimension
The Mega Dimension DLC will allow players to explore a unique area called Hyperspace Lumiose. This location features remarkable differences when compared to the familiar Lumiose. Here, Pokémon can temporarily exceed the standard Level 100 limit.
New Gameplay Elements
Players will be introduced to Ansha, a donut chef who provides mystical sweet treats. Feeding these treats to Pokémon enables over-leveling within Hyperspace Lumiose. Additionally, the iconic gym leader Korrina from Pokémon X and Y will join players as an ally.
New Mega Evolutions and Side Missions
The trailer reveals several new Mega Evolutions, including Mega Chimecho and Mega Baxcalibur. The Mega Stone for Mega Baxcalibur will be available during Season 4 of the game’s online ranked battles. Previously, Mega Stones for Mega Greninja, Mega Delphox, and Mega Chesnaught were introduced under a similar system.
