xQc Accuses Stewie2K of Counter-Strike Skin Scam in New Allegations

Félix “xQc” Lengyel has made serious allegations against renowned CS2 professional Jacky “Stewie2K” Yip. The accusations revolve around an alleged scam involving high-value in-game items, commonly referred to as skins.
xQc’s Allegations Against Stewie2K
The drama began when trader MitaoCatCS accused Stewie2K of failing to deliver several rare CS2 skins after receiving payment. These skins included:
- Karambit Case Hardened (Factory New)
- Butterfly Doppler (Phase 1)
- Vice Gloves (Well-Worn)
MitaoCatCS claimed he transferred funds to Stewie2K for these high-value items, but the deal fell through with no refund provided. Stewie2K defended himself by citing “technical issues,” alleging that an automated system canceled the trade. He also shared a screenshot of his Steam trade log to back his claim, yet fans noted inconsistencies that raised doubts about its legitimacy.
Live Stream Comments and Loan Clarification
During a live stream, Stewie2K recharacterized the transaction as a loan instead of a sale. He mentioned that the terms had been extended over a month and a half. This clarification did little to quell the skepticism surrounding the case.
Additional Testimonies and Community Reactions
xQc later stepped forward, sharing his own experiences with Stewie2K regarding loans of expensive CS skins that he claims were also not fully returned. He stated, “I just didn’t make it public at the time,” adding that he felt compelled to address the situation after witnessing the recent accusations.
These allegations have prompted renewed conversations about Stewie2K’s past, drawing significant attention from both fans and players in the esports community. Stewie2K continues to deny any wrongdoing in light of these claims.
