PVV Overtakes D66 as Largest Party by 2,341 Votes

Recent election results in several municipalities revealed narrow margins between the leading parties. In Albrandswaard, South Holland, the Party for Freedom (PVV) and the People’s Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD) both received 3,011 votes, ending in a tie according to preliminary results reported by ANP.

In Landsmeer, North Holland, D66 secured 1,346 votes, just one vote ahead of VVD, which garnered 1,345 votes. The races in other areas were equally competitive.
- In Duiven, VVD received three votes more than D66.
- Oldenzaal saw CDA attracting six more voters than PVV, which outperformed VVD by 26 votes.
- In Zeewolde, VVD led PVV by seven votes.
- Nijkerk had PVV finishing ahead of CDA by ten votes.

In the municipal elections in Goes, PVV emerged as the largest party, surpassing D66 by 38 votes. D66 maintained a lead of 78 votes over VVD, which ranked third. CDA followed closely behind, ending just 16 votes behind VVD.
