Madison Beer Announces New Album ‘Locket’ for New Year Release

Madison Beer has announced her highly anticipated new album, titled “Locket,” set to be released on January 16, 2026. This new project marks her creative evolution, following her previous album, “Silence Between Songs,” released in 2023.

Album Details

“Locket” comes after the successful singles “Yes, Baby” and “Bittersweet.” Beer collaborated with long-time partners One Love, LOSTBOY, and Leroy Clampitt for this album. In addition to her singing, Beer also took on the role of co-producer.

According to Beer, the album was inspired by personal memories, likening it to a metaphorical locket that holds each song for safekeeping. She expressed, “Each album feels like an era, and once the albums are out in the world the chapter for me is closed.”

Music Video and Performances

In promotion of “Locket,” Madison Beer released a music video for “Bittersweet,” which she co-wrote and co-directed alongside Iris Kim. The video features Sean Kaufman from the series “The Summer I Turned Pretty.” Beer has also performed both singles during her appearance at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

Background and Future Plans

Born in Long Island, Madison Beer gained recognition after her Grammy nomination earlier this year. In a conversation with Rolling Stone, she indicated her shift from planning an EP to focusing entirely on a full-length album. She mentioned being in the studio daily to refine her craft.
