Runners are encouraged to arrive at least one hour before their race. This will provide ample time for bag drop, warming up, and restroom use.

To facilitate the event, several road closures will be implemented across Peterborough. Key areas affected include:

- Bourges Boulevard
- Paston Ridings

City Centre parking options will be accessible on race day, including:
