The Hillsdale Academy and Jonesville varsity soccer teams have successfully advanced to the next round of the boys district soccer playoffs. Both teams displayed strong performances during their preliminary matches, held on October 13.

Hillsdale Academy Advances with Dominance

Hillsdale Academy secured a decisive victory against Will Carleton Academy with a score of 8-0. The match took place at Hayden Park, where the Colts showcased their skills and determination. They established a commanding 3-0 lead by halftime.

Despite strong defensive efforts from WCA and impressive saves by freshman goalkeeper Max Maier, the Colts overwhelmed the Cougars in the second half. Under Coach Neal Brady, Hillsdale aims for their sixth consecutive district title. They will face the Jackson Lumen Christi Titans, who defeated Dansville 5-1, in the semifinals scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
