Marner, who plays right wing on the second line, has benefited significantly from the return of center William Karlsson, who missed a portion of the season due to injury. Since Karlsson’s return, he has accumulated six points in 11 playoff games.

Marner previously played center for much of the regular season but seamlessly transitioned to the wing. This adaptability has contributed to a successful postseason. “If Mitch Marner only had 80 points in Toronto this year, it would have been a really disappointing year. But he had a good year in Vegas,” remarked Ferraro.
