Hungarian author Laszlo Krasznahorkai has been awarded the 2025 Nobel Prize in Literature, as announced by the Swedish Academy. This prestigious honor, accompanied by a monetary reward of 11 million crowns (approximately $1.6 million CAD), recognizes Krasznahorkai’s significant contributions to literature.
