French Giant SPIE Acquires Romanian Rival ROFA’s Local Operations

French multinational SPIE has recently acquired the Romanian operations of its competitor ROFA Industrial Automation. The deal is part of a larger transaction, giving SPIE indirect control over ROFA through its division, SPIE Germany Switzerland Austria (DACH).
