The Elysian, St Albans, Operating Company Limited has initiated a request for a new premises license at The Oakleigh, located in Oakleigh House, Chiswell Green. This license aims to allow the sale of alcohol for on-site consumption at Botane, the establishment’s bar and restaurant catering to residents, homeowners, and guests.

The proposed alcohol service hours are from 8 AM to 11 PM daily. In addition to regular dining services, the license would also permit occasional live music and film events at The Oakleigh.
