Martinez Set to Transfer from West Ham United

Shekiera Martinez is set to transfer from West Ham United to Tottenham Hotspur this summer. The 24-year-old forward has signed a long-term contract with Spurs, effective upon the opening of the summer transfer window next month.

Martinez began her career at SV Glaserzell and FV Horas before joining Eintracht Frankfurt in 2016. There, she accumulated over 100 appearances and participated in the UEFA Women’s Champions League.
In July 2024, she moved to West Ham United. However, she spent the initial part of her season on loan at SC Freiburg, returning to the Hammers in January 2025. Upon her return, she made an immediate impact in the Women’s Super League (WSL).
