Disneyland Increases Ticket Prices Overnight

The Disneyland Resort has announced significant increases in ticket prices, affecting guests aged 10 and over. The most in-demand days will now cost $224 for a single park visit, a $18 increase from the previous $206.

Overview of New Disneyland Ticket Prices

Despite the hike in prices, the lowest-price one-day ticket remains at $104. This ticket applies to less crowded weekdays and has not changed in seven years. Pricing for one-day tickets varies based on the day’s crowd levels with increases ranging from 1.5% to 4.8%.

  • Single park ticket on high-demand days: $224 (up from $206)
  • One-day, one-park lowest-tier ticket: $104 (unchanged)
  • Park hopper add-ons: $70 to $90 (up from $65 to $75)
  • Parking fee: $40 (increased by $5)
  • Lightning Lane Multi Pass: Starts at $34 (up from $32)

Magic Key Annual Pass Pricing Changes

The Magic Key annual passes have also seen price adjustments. The Inspire pass, which offers extensive benefits, has increased by $150 to $1,899. The Believe pass has risen by $100 to $1,474. However, prices for the lowest two tiers, Enchant and Imagine, remain unchanged.

Upcoming Disneyland Offers and Events

A new California ticket offer will launch on December 3, featuring a 3-day park-hopper ticket. This will allow visitors to enjoy multiple trips for $249 per person, or $83 per day. An optional Lightning Lane Multi Pass can be added, raising the total to $351 per person.

Park Enhancements and Celebrations

As Disneyland celebrates its 70th anniversary, new attractions are being introduced. An audio animatronic of Walt Disney is part of a new show, while Rapunzel’s Tower will be added to the Storybook Land Canal Boats. Major events such as Lunar New Year and the Food & Wine Festival are also set to return in 2026.

Financial Insights

Disney’s experiences division, which includes theme parks and cruises, reported revenue of $9.1 billion, marking an 8% increase compared to last year. Operating income rose 13% to $2.5 billion, suggesting that despite ticket price increases, demand remains strong.

Disneyland continues to focus on delivering a range of experiences designed for diverse budgets. The company reiterated its commitment to creating magical moments for all visitors.
