Complimentary TTC Subway Rides Resume Post Rogers Stadium Concerts

Toronto Mayor Olivia Chow has announced that complimentary TTC subway rides will resume after concerts at Rogers Stadium for the current season. This initiative is a collaboration between the city, the TTC, and Live Nation Canada.
Free TTC Service Details
The complimentary subway rides will operate following all performances at the venue, located near Downsview Park. The stadium can accommodate up to 50,000 attendees and is situated on the former Downsview airport grounds.
Key Features of the Program
- Free subway rides will start 30 minutes before the concert concludes.
- Additional subway services will begin 90 minutes before each event.
- Extra buses will be deployed on specific routes.
Increased Transit Services
To facilitate crowd management, the TTC plans to enhance subway operations before and after concerts. The additional service will help transport concert-goers effectively.
Upcoming Concerts
The 2026 concert season at Rogers Stadium is expected to kick off on May 23, featuring Bruno Mars. This marks the second consecutive year that the TTC has offered free post-concert rides.
