Swindon Club Achieves £1 Million Fundraising Goal in Centenary Year

In a remarkable achievement, Swindon Rotary Club surpassed £1 million in fundraising for local charities, celebrating this milestone during its centenary year.

The celebration took place at the Doubletree by Hilton Swindon, with nearly 200 guests in attendance. The annual charity ball showcased performances from the Tanwood School of Performing Arts and the lively Drum Waiters, contributing to a memorable evening.

Since its inception in 1989, the charity ball has significantly impacted the local community, supporting over 100 organizations. This year, the club focused its efforts on a single beneficiary: the Society Without Abuse (SWA) in Swindon.
