Status Report
Kaiden Guhle missed the Canadiens’ morning skate, but Coach Martin St. Louis confirmed he is available for the game. The Flyers opted not to hold a morning skate after their recent 3-2 shootout victory over the Carolina Hurricanes. Five players, including Bonk and McDonald, were recalled from the American Hockey League. Notably, Bonk and McDonald will both make their NHL debuts.
The Flyers will face challenges with their three leading scorers—Konecny, Zegras, and Tippett—unable to play. Additionally, their top four defensemen by ice time—Sanheim, York, Drysdale, and Ristolainen—are also sidelined.
