IKEA Canada Opens Newest Plan and Order Point in Kelowna on April 8

IKEA Canada has announced the opening of its latest Plan and Order Point in Kelowna, scheduled for April 8. This new location aims to enhance the shopping experience by allowing customers to pre-book planning appointments online via IKEA.ca/KelownaPAOP.
Convenient Shopping Experience
At the Plan and Order Point, customers can place orders for delivery or collection. The point also offers a selection of IKEA products available for immediate purchase and takeaway, excluding food items.
Locations and Accessibility
- IKEA Canada currently operates 11 Plan and Order Points across British Columbia, Ontario, and Quebec.
- The opening of the Kelowna location reduces travel time for residents in the Thompson-Okanagan region, where the nearest IKEA store is four hours away.
This initiative is part of IKEA Canada’s strategy to create a seamless retail experience. By establishing these service-based meeting points, the company aims to improve affordability, accessibility, and sustainability for its customers.
