In Ogden, a tragic incident on March 27, 2026, has led to serious criminal charges against a 14-year-old male. This incident left two young children dead and has invoked multiple charges related to a fatal crash.

According to the Weber County Attorney’s Office, the crash occurred near 31st Street and Grant Avenue. A stolen vehicle driven by the teen fled from law enforcement after officers activated their emergency lights. This vehicle ultimately collided with another vehicle, which was moving lawfully through the intersection.

The juvenile is facing several serious charges:

  • Counts 1-2: Murder (First Degree Felony)
  • Counts 3-4: Aggravated Assault (Second Degree Felony)
  • Count 5: Theft by Receiving Stolen Property (Second Degree Felony)
